Mango Lassi
India's most beloved cooling drink: ripe Alphonso mango blended with thick yogurt, cardamom, and rose water until silky, sweet, and deeply refreshing.
π Ingredients
- 4 ripe Alphonso mangoes (or 400g frozen)
- 2 cups full-fat yogurt
- 1 cup cold whole milk
- 3 tbsp honey or sugar
- 4 pods green cardamom, seeds only, ground
- 1 tsp rose water (optional)
- pinch salt
- crushed ice to serve
- pistachios to garnish

Peel and cube mangoes. Blend until completely smooth.

Add yogurt, milk, honey, cardamom, rose water, and salt.

Blend again on high until very smooth and frothy.

Taste β add more honey if needed.

Pour over crushed ice into tall glasses.

Garnish with crushed pistachios and a pinch of ground cardamom.
