By accessing or using Foodipe ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Foodipe is an online recipe sharing platform where visitors can discover, browse, and explore recipes. The Platform is free and supported by advertising through RevBid.

This project was created as a personal learning and passion project. It is provided for educational and experimental purposes only.

While efforts may be made to keep the project functional and accurate, no guarantees are made regarding its reliability, completeness, or suitability for any specific purpose.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in certain jurisdictions) to use Foodipe. By using the Platform, you confirm you meet this requirement.

You agree to use Foodipe only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its servers
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to harvest content without permission
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code to the Platform
• Use the Platform to transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organisation
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations

Our Content

All content on Foodipe — recipes, text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Foodipe or its content licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without express written permission.

User-Submitted Content

If Foodipe allows users to submit recipes in the future, by submitting content you grant Foodipe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it. You retain ownership of your original content.

Foodipe is supported by third-party advertising provided by RevBid. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the display of advertisements. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party advertisers.

Foodipe is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• Recipes or content are accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs
• Any results from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foodipe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including:

• Loss of data or profits
• Personal injury or property damage from recipes on the Platform
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed $50 USD.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foodipe and its operators from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Users in the EU retain rights under EU consumer protection laws regardless of any governing law clause.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Foodipe at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to the Platform or its users.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Foodipe regarding your use of the Platform.
